Company history
Len started to build up a portfolio of rental properties in Wellington more than than 20 years ago and since then we have expanded to the Hutt Valley and the Kapiti Coast. We also owned a property management company in Wanaka for a number of years but sold this several years ago.
Our office is at 31 Washington Ave, Brooklyn, Wellington, where we moved approximately four years ago from our premises at 131 Willis St, Wellington.
