Len has been in the rental property management business for approximately 25 years. Before moving into property management, he spent around 12 years working as real estate salesman. He still likes to keep his hand in so if you wish to buy or sell a property, Len is the person to help you. But his focus is firmly on property management.
Prior to the real estate and property management business, Len’s early work experience was in the building industry, doing both hands-on building work and project management (i.e. overseeing building projects). This gives him valuable expertise in:
• assessing the maintenance requirements of your property
• project managing maintenance and repair work when required
• being able to ensure that all work is carried out to best trade practices.

Alide Elkink
Alide's background is also in the building industry. She is a qualified architectural designer with more than 30 years' experience in a range of architectural fields including:
• architectural design
• interior design
• tutoring in architectural design and construction
• technical writing for the building industry.

Gerard Elkink
Gerard has a background in telecommunications and IT and has also been running his own business for the past 20 years. At Nightingales, Gerard manages the office and the data base, as well as dealing with property owners and tenants concerns. His attention to detail gives him the perfect skills to administer the day-to-day events in the office.
Kirsty Coard
Kirsty has been in the property industry for over 15 years. She has a no-nonsense approach to management that is backed by sound judgement and excellent people skills. Kirsty has a comprehensive understanding of all the legal and building issues that arise in the day-to-day management of tenants and properties and at the same time, keeps the owner’s needs as her top priority.
Recently married, Kirsty has changed her surname from Gray to Coard – but yes, she is definitely the same Kirsty.
